How do I place an order
Signature Toffees, Barks and Nuts are normally in stock. Please contact us with your order. You can e-mail item(s), how many of each you'd like, delivery or shipping address. For custom and large orders, please contact us to discuss your order.
How do I pay for my order
Once we receive your order, we will send an invoice that you can pay securely on line. For custom and large orders, payment options will be discussed.
Do you have custom sweets and custom packaging
Yes! We have a full line of made-to-order chocolate dipped cookies, delicious candy cakes, pretzels and other sweet treats. And, we can package any of our candies to your specifications. We can add branding, hang-tags, gift cards, etc. Contact us for more information.
What is the lead time once an order is placed
Signature Toffees, Barks and Nuts are normally in stock and ready to ship or deliver the following day per our delivery and shipping schedule. (Please see "Deliveries" and "Shipping" below).
For Made-to-Order and Custom Package orders, "order ready" date will be determined during the ordering process.
Do you deliver locally
Free local delivery with minimum order of $40
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and a day after the order is placed. Friday orders are delivered on the following Monday. Free delivery is within 15 miles of Vista Civic Center, and $40 minimum order.

NOTE: Due to current USPS delays and hot summer temperatures, we cannot offer shipping at this time. We will begin our regular shipping in October.
We are committed to insure your candies will be perfect when they reach their destination. For this reason and to avoid possible heat damage during weekend transit, orders are shipped Mon thru Wed from Vista, CA. We ship the day after the order is received with a 5pm cutoff. This means orders placed before 5pm on Monday will be shipped Tuesday. Orders placed on Tuesday will be shipped Wednesday and orders placed Wed-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive tracking information, please make sure someone can receive the order so it doesn't sit in hot sun when delivered.

When shipping to a PO box, remember to include street address and spell out Postal Box #
Please make sure to give us the correct ship-to address. When your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail containing confirmation and tracking info. Please check the address carefully and if there is a correction, call us immediately at 760 295-2833 or send urgent e-mail to Anita@sunsetbaycandy.com. We will do our best to catch the order in time to make the change. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses given to us in the order process.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen orders, a claim should be open with the shipping carrier.

Our goal is your perfect order If you have changes after you place the order please call us immediately, We will make that change if we can.

All of our candies can be custom packaged for events, weddings, meetings and other gatherings. We can deliver a box to set out at a meeting or individually wrapped candies complete with a custom hangtag. We are committed to give you gourmet treats perfect for your gift or event.
